Privacy Policy

This page explains what this site collects and what happens to it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company and role), the answers you submit in an inquiry form, the Private Alignment application, or the private assessment, booking details when you schedule a call, and first-party analytics about how pages and forms are used. Analytics never store your name, email, phone number or free-text answers.

For security and to prevent abuse, we record a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type when you submit a form. Your consent choices (for example text messages or marketing emails) are recorded separately for each site.

Who processes it

Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (call scheduling), Zoom (video calls), Apple iCloud (receiving email), and a third-party analytics provider only if one is enabled, in which case you will be asked to accept or decline first.

Lovable's AI service (Google Gemini models), used to draft testimonials from your own words and to transcribe recordings.

Text messages

Phone numbers are collected with our lead and application forms. We only text you about your inquiry if you tick the optional consent box. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Project LUV

Applications and inquiries submitted on projectluv.co are sent to and stored in the same system as this site, operated by Franco Cabral. They are handled under this policy.

Deletion and access

Email alignment@francocabral.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
