Alignment is when who you are at your most connected state and how you actually live are no longer in conflict.
Hard work is not the problem. Working against yourself is.

I don't teach a system I studied. I teach the system I live.
I sold, then I led sales teams, then I built companies. From the outside the numbers were the story. Inside, I was running a life that only worked as long as I kept performing.
In 2017 that stopped being sustainable, all at once. What I rebuilt afterwards wasn't a better plan for work. It was the life beneath the work, and the system I now teach came out of living it.
You already know how to perform. The question is whether the life beneath the performance can support where you are going next.
